EPF Declares Dividend of 5.35% for Conventional and 4.75% for Shariah Savings

The dividend might be lower than 2021 but, it is not the worse.

The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) on March 4, 2023 announced that most awaited dividend for the year 2022. EPF announced for Conventional Savings 5.35 percentage of dividend while Shariah Savings will receive a 4.75 percentage of dividend.

The dividend range is lower than 2021 where for Conventional Savings, it was 6.10 percentage and Shariah Savings it was 5.65 percentage. However, it was predicted earlier that 2022’s dividend will be lesser than 2021 but, will not affect the savings in huge margin.

Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan, CEO of EPF also announced that a total of RM51.14 billion dividend will be paid for the year 2022 to 15 million members of EPF.
